We’re baaack! We took a bit of a vacation over the summer to
travel, work in our garden (see the latest pics here and on Facebook) and to spend time with family
and recharge! Now that fall is in full swing and the children are back in school,
we wanted to give you a few tips on packing school lunches. We want to give our
kids enough vitamins and nutrients in their lunches to keep them powered up to
learn throughout the day and on into their after school activities. My daughter
is playing soccer now and we are giving her extra fruit and a protein bar with
her lunch so she has a healthy snack before practices. It’s that easy
folks! Just a little prep is involved
and the kids are set!
